Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RankSolid ("RankSolid", "we", "us") covering the website at ranksolid.com, your account, and the directory submission service (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

The Service is built for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, the consumer protections of your country of residence still apply, including the withdrawal right described in section 7.

For a one-time fee per website, we submit each website you order to the directories in our network (currently more than 200) using the details you provide, and send you a report for that website listing each directory and the status of its listing. The report is delivered within 7 days of the moment you approve that website's listing in your dashboard.

To help you prepare the listing, the dashboard can read your homepage, take screenshots of it and draft the texts with an AI model. The draft is a starting point: you review it, change what you want, and approve it. What you approve is what we submit.

Submissions go through each directory's normal public process. We don't buy paid placements, featured spots or upgrades on your behalf unless we have agreed that with you in writing.

Directories are independent third parties. We don't control them, and so we can't guarantee that:

• any particular directory will accept, publish or keep your listing;
• a listing's link will be "dofollow", or stay the way it was published;
• a directory will publish within the 7-day report window (many review listings for longer);
• listings will produce any specific ranking, traffic, domain rating or mention in AI assistants.

What we do guarantee is the work: every directory in the network gets a genuine submission, and the report tells you truthfully what happened with each one at the time of the report.

You need an account to order. Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create one.

To submit your website we need its name, URL, descriptions, logo, screenshots, category and a contact email ("Your Content"). You confirm that Your Content is accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that publishing it won't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt (for example, shorten a description to fit a character limit) and submit Your Content to directories, for the purpose of providing the Service. Once published, Your Content is public and governed by each directory's own terms. Removing a listing later is done through that directory.

We don't accept websites with adult content, gambling, malware, deceptive practices, or anything illegal where you or the directories operate. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks this rule, and refund it if no submissions have been made.

The price is $99 (US dollars) per website, charged once when you order. You choose how many websites an order covers. Each website you pay for is one submission: one product and one URL, submitted to every directory and launch platform in the network, with its own report.

A paid submission stays in your account until you redeem it by adding a website and approving its listing, or until you ask for a refund. Once you approve a listing, that submission is tied to that website and can't be moved to another one.

Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice, and every invoice and credit note is also available in your dashboard.

Before we start: any submission we haven't started working on can be cancelled for a full refund of its share of the order. Write to [email protected] from the email address you ordered with, or use the Help page in your dashboard. In an order for several websites, each submission is refunded on its own; the others are not affected.

After we start: directory submissions can't be undone, so once work on a submission has begun it is no longer refundable, except as required by law.

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract. By asking us to start work within those 14 days, you agree that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after we've started but before we've finished, we'll refund the fee minus an amount proportionate to the work already done.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approval.

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break in, probe for vulnerabilities, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

The website, its design, text and software, and the directory list we maintain belong to RankSolid. The list is confidential: we share it with you only as part of your report, for your own use. Please don't republish it.

Third-party names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners and identify directories in our network. Showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse or partner with RankSolid.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, or for the acts of directories or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Closing an account doesn't remove listings already published on directories.

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it. For material changes, we'll give you notice by email or on the website before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which RankSolid is registered, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there.
